losanimos
Hi there, I modified Fallout 3 with some of the major mods out there.FWE, MMM, EVE, WMK and so on. The versions are the newest you can get here on FN.Really love the changes they bring but I have the following (game ruining) problems..A list of installed mods and their load order is on the bottom of this post. The problems are:- Invincible enemys (raiders)On some enemys the crosshair doesnt turn red and shows them as friends. When I try to shoot at them (via VATS or normally) the bullets just fly through them and they take no damage at all. Not even with explosives. They, on the other hand, can (and do) shoot me like every normal enemy.Really ruins the game, as in every big raiders group there are 1-2 of them and the only solution is to run and hope they are killable after switching locations.Havent met other enemy types that show this bug. - Cant pick up some objectsI regularly find objects that I cant pick up. The crosshair doesnt shot the brackets and tooltip when I move over them. Its like the game thinks they dont exist. That is especially frustrating when I cant defuse mines on the ground or traps on my way. The only solution to them is: walk near, run away and hope to not getting blown up. - Regular game crashesGame crashes now and then.. Thats "okay" as it always did. Even in in vanilla. But after installing all these mods the game regularly crashes when switching locations. My question is: Anyone knows what mod might cause this? Fraktyl
Try getting rid of CASM. I had the same issues with about the same mods you do. Not sure what causes the problem, or which one it's fighting with but as soon as I got rid of it I didn't have the invincible enemies or objects that couldn't be interacted with. Cipscis
The problem is caused by loading saves from in-game. The only safe way to load games is from the main menu (not the esc menu, and not quickloading), whether you use CASM or not. Cipscis

Cipscis I've loaded the exact same save game with CASM enabled and will have the exact same enemies invincible and objects untakable. Remove CASM and there are no problems with either the enemies or objects. This is loading from the main menu, not using the quickload or the escape menu. Not trying to bash your addon, in fact I'd love to use it and even posted so in the main CASM thread. But I've had too many issues with it running than I do without it. losanimos
Removed CASM and.. it works! No more crashes (well, sometimes it still crashes.. but thats like normal..) when changing locations, no more crashes when loading and, most important, no more invincible enemies and objects I cant pick up. Seems like CASM caused a lot of trouble. Ill sure miss the savegame history thought. :( Thanks for the help, never thought it could be the Savegame-Manager.. @eseng69Create the Patch-File with FoEdit. After FoEdit is finished hit Ctrl+S to save it. Then activate it in FOMM. Thats it. The only solution to them is: walk near, run away and hope to not getting blown up.you can shoot mines.Tried that too, but the shots did nothing to the mines. Unloaded a whole assault rifle mag on one: nothing.
