Remove slow effect on frost magic

All right, I'm all for realism and difficulty, but one thing I literally cannot stand is the slow effect attached to seemingly every frost spell. Frost resistance doesn't stop the slow effect or even reduce it, which is even more annoying, because it means that even at high levels with maxed resistance, a Frost Mage of a minimal level can keep me from getting to them and cause a gigantic annoyance.

I've searched every way I know how to search for a mod that either takes away the slow effect or makes Frost Resistance protect against that slow effect, but I've never found anything. Not even a similar request, and I really cannot imagine that nobody else has ever thought to even ask for this.

Does anybody have any ideas or (if it's simple to do) advice for how to accomplish one of these goals?

Shorter request: A mod that either removes the slow effect on frost spells OR a mod that makes Frost Resistance potions/enchantments protect against the slow effect of frost spells.

Thanks in advance for any information you toss my way. <3

Well you could just go into the CK, locate the slow effect(s) and change them from peak value modifier or value modifier effects to script effects (which do nothing if there is no script attached). Then the slow effect will never occur.

If you would rather make frost resistance protect against them, just change the resist value to frost resistance.

Thanks a bunch! Made my .esp and I'll test it out for a bit; it seems logical that it will work, but if not I'll seek more assistance.

Thanks again!

Edit: With regards to the resist value, it seems to already be set for Frost Resistance, but I can still get hit by a frost spell and take almost no damage but still be slowed to a near standstill. I think I'll simply disable them.

Well that's weird.

By the way in the vanilla game the slow effect was broken, so you must already be using a mod that fixes them. The slow is only 50%, so you shouldn't be at a near standstill.

Also the vanilla perk that gives you 50% elemental resistance when blocking should reduce the slow effect to 25%.

I only opened Skyrim.esm using the Creation Kit, and the slow effects had Frost Resistance set to their resist value already, so it doesn't seem like they're broken.

I haven't had a chance to play much since I've made a mod file with those other changes. I am using mods that change quite a bit about Skyrim's combat, but I remember this being a bother when I was modless as well, though perhaps to a lesser extent.
