Trade deals

I know there's a mod that lets you open a shop (and a really weak shop too) but its less a shop and more a merchant coming into town and selling to the public instead of to a store. If anyone's seen the anime Spice and Wolf, you get the feel i'm talking about.

different cities should need different things and have a good market for different things cities llike morthal, Dawnstar and Riften would have no need for fish since they are water post areas, but places like Winterhold would need trade connections to Riften for their hides and food just to survive. Places like Windhelm and Solitude would be terrible places to sell stuff, since they are trading capitals, but buying stuff like Solitude's clothes and selling them to Markarth would be great. Maybe combine it with SkyRe which makes business so much harder so you actually have to be smart with your shopping and be frugal.

Imagine being this average soldier type of character who comes to skyrim only to find that its a lot more expensive to be a warrior, going out and killing things only to end up having to come back and pay all the loot you picked up on health potions and lockpicks. But then, after taking a long trip from Riften to Winterhold, you find out that all the furs you got in the woods of Riften, which you were planning on using to craft a few satchels or whatnot, only to find out that the furs are worth twice they are in Riften, because everyone needs furs to stay warm up here. Then you come to understand what cities need what, how the market works, and all of a sudden your ordinary soldier has abandoned the savage life in exchange for the Merchant life, raking in all the gold with his savy business touch.

The mod could start as a simple, certain things are worth more in different cities mod, but eventually it could be build to have the prices change with situations. Like, maybe potatos are worth more in some months because they don't grow as much, so you start stockpiling them. Maybe combine it with Realistic Needs and have food spoilage, requiring you to invest in crafts to preserve your foods and buying preservations spells from mages.
