Ranokoa
The very opposite of installing them. In terms you really aren't "Installing" any mods. Some things, like OBMM, Oblivion Mod Manager, you do actually install, but those types will never cause you a crash. At least OBMM won't. If you are in vista and I think windows 7 you should have Oblivion installed outside of your program files directory. If you are in XP or before you go to your harddrive, program files, Bethesda Softworks, Oblivion, Data and then delete any and all mods that you have there. Suggestion: Don't delete any folders. The fact that you don't know how to get rid of mods means that you are a long way away from doing anything safely about what to delete and what not to inside of folders. Anything that ends in ESP you can delete. HOWEVER do NOT EVER EVER EVER delete Oblivion.ESM, Shivering Isles.ESM or anything else that is purchased from Bethesda Softworks like that. They won't be causing your crashes as they spend a lot of money making sure that everything they have functions properly, except the construction set of course. Lol. LFact
And, NEVER EVER install many mods at once. Start with simple one, like house mod, then add them one by one. Install one or two, launch the game, see if anything is all right, then install some more, test it in-game, repeat again.
