I believe you're confusing two mods... - The Dark Dragon Armor aka Saint Hiryu's Artifacts by S-HIRYU is sold in "The Best Defense" by Varnardo. - And the Eternal Dragon Armor by blackshark64 I haven't done. I believe you have to buy the house in Cheydinhal and sleep in it and that triggers a quest with the Benirus Manor...and that leads to the unsealing of a portal in the Benirus Manor.
