Metalskull93
OK, Literally am at my wits end with this crap. I've researched for hours and hours and tried everything that I've found so far, yet still not doing anything. My Issue is the dreaded Brown/Black Panty Bug. Ive downloaded Activation invalidation every which way possible and currently its the completely manual installed version. Ive downloaded the Type 3 body mod Mutiple different times, even got to the point where i just freakin copied and pasted the textures and meshes into the default fallout 3 folders..... Ive gone and tweaked everything in the .ini folders and still nothing at all. ive restarted the game four times and i want to knock this crap out of the way before i actually start playing. BTW I uninstalled and deleted the body mods and the stupid Black panty bug stayed... i cant even enjoy the vanilla textures now..... (this happened before i started going crazy on tweaking everything, so no its not because i was tweaking with stuff....) Am literally about to give up playing the game..... I have this running on a freakin amazing laptop and it wont work. yet the game with the same type 3 mod on my really crappy laptop works perfectly fine. problem is its a 1ghz 2gb ram computer. so its lagtastic and i cant play it anymore without raging lol. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN T-T Edit: SORRY XD first post....The fallout 3 GOTY Im using is the Physical copy. Its located In the C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3I got the latest patch for Fallout 3I am using the latest NMM 0.52.3I probably should have mentioned its the GOTY edition. My laptop has Intel I7 processor 2.0ghz, 8gb RAM and 750gb hard drive, I can play ultra high graphics no problem. Dimonized Type 3 female body is the mod i was trying to get to work... Literally the only mod i have been trying to put on. all the other mods are deactivated. Also Dimonized Type 3 female body doesn't appear in the load order. but the clothing thing does? i have that unchecked but i dont know why it isnt gone from my plugins.... i dont remember installing that mod in the first place. If anymore info is needed let me know. Edited October 30, 2014 by Metalskull93

M48A5
See this thread: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1465357-installing-fallout-3-with-windows-78-and-xp/ You must follow all the instructions. It is not a menu of options, but instructions on how to get the game to work. Uninstall and delete the ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! that you downloaded. NMM has Archive invalidation built in. You cannot use both, they will cancel each other. "i dont remember installing that mod in the first place." That is one of the problems with one click download and install programs like NMM. Metalskull93
I realize that, i have the Nexus's archiveinvalidation turned off since i have one in the download files. Is there a way i can just transfer my fallout 3 folder to my Games folder without the Nexus refusing the fact that its in the Games folder not the programs folder? It would much simpler if i didnt have to go and re download all of the mods....after deleting and re installing the game
M48A5
You cannot move Fallout 3, it must be uninstalled and installed in another location so that the registry is changed. However, you do not have to uninstall your mods, they can be moved to the new location.
