So you'd have to lower the bar for counting Prime as having won. So Mehrunes wins if he destroys Prime, and Prime wins if he can.. Maybe give Mehrunes a hangnail?

I still say Dagon would win that as well.

 

Prime would lob nukes around, which is a rather impersonal way to lay waste to a world (to whom it may concern ....BOOM).

Dagon's forces wouldn't exactly introduce themselves (no "Hi, I work for Mehrunes Dagon, I will be your murderer this evening"), but you know where they came from

Copycat. lol. Anyways, I say that dagon would probably win, but in a destroy cyrodiil i say it would be liberty prime. The daedra wouldnt have time to be reborn after they get nuked, and i think that all the rock for the oblivion gates would be ruined. Along with nukes would do a lot more damage than an axe and a daedric army.

I say that the talk of Daedra never dying in combat could possibly just be mythology, I haven't yet seen any proof that these rumors are true. Sort of like how one would interpret the Tsceasi eating all of the men on Akavir, which I interpret as possibly a human empire much like the Tamrielic one with a snake emblem like Tamriel has the dragon Akatosh assimilating non-unified clans. So maybe Dagon isn't a daedric "deity" more so than just unimaginably powerful. I like the fact that different sections of the lore are open for interpretation, it's one of the things that made me a fan of The Elder Scrolls series, and something they better not remove/screw up in TESV.

 

Explaining my opinion, I say that both have an opportunity to win but I give the edge to Liberty Prime because of technology.

No it's true, Deadra can't die, it's impossible. Because Deadra lords created all the realms, they granted their own kind (Sort of like us in Gods image if that's how you want to think about it.) the same ability of immortality. Martin saids this and there are books in the game that support it.
