Draglide12 Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 I'm still a novice modder and as I've been working on some worldspaces I'll go in game to play test them, when I go back to the geck and fix any bugs I find but when I try to save i get an error about save data and the mod stops being a usable file. I can't edit it in the geck or use it in game. I need to test my mods so could someone please help?
phoneyLogic Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 You need to close the game when you save to the plugin. Running the game with the plugin tigged means the plugin is in use and therefore it can't be changed. This is just a common behavior for almost all files which are currently processing. (Otherwise you'd seriously harm certain files and they'd most likely go corrupt.)
