OBMM+OBSE+All Natural Weather Mod isnt working, please help.

Alright, 1st off I am using steam, and have installed the 3 files needed into the steamaps-oblivion folder I am using OBMM, and when I go to "activate" All natural weather mod it tells me "v18 is not detected". Well I have it installed, I just don't use the launch because I use steam and the directions state I do not need the launcher for steam.

 

So my problem is I can not activate the weather mod because OBMM or All natural Weather Mod is not recognizing that I have OBSE installed. Any help would be great.

I am using windows 7 64bit, and my oblivion folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\oblivion. That is where I put the files... As for making sure I have v18, yes I have triple checked. obse_0018 is the main file name.

Oh, yeah, for the OMOD script to work correctly. It detects OBMM via the obse_loader.exe's presence. You do not have to use the launcher, however.
