Post Civil War (re)Quest

Hi, quite new to the forum - in fact this will be my first post.

I've never liked the way the defeated Jarls and their families end up in a basement room in The Blue Palace , or I think, Riften's castle if you are Legion.

So I request a Quest mod to do something about this.

Firstly and again, your choice of side in the war, would determine whether the quest starts at Solitude or Riften.

Secondly, you can choose if the quest will be a mission of mercy, or further humiliation of the defeated Jarls.

Suggested NPC

Speak to the Steward @ Solitude / Riften.

Mercy:

You basically take on a quest, to rebuild/restore the Pelagius wing @ Solitude (forced to complete the Pelagius quest 1st)

or make expansion plans in Riften at either the Bunkhouse or in the palace itself.

Or offer them a spot in whatever guild you happen to be a boss of.

Humiliation:

You embark on a quest to convince that the Jarls and their families should earn their keep in these troubled times and help rebuild.

In the case of Solitude, they could be made to wear Guard uniforms and protect the city...or defend the Emperor..
and the quest would consist of crafting them some uniforms and building them some quarters in the Dour Castle dungeons.

In Riften, the most humiliating thing for them, would be to work in the Fishery, under the orders of Argonians.

The quest would be to reclaim the Ratway for them to live in... heck you could have the Jarl's forced into joining the Thieves Guild.

Alternates would be to put them in the dungeons, stocks, torture rooms or enslave them to Maiq the Liar.

Hell you could even banish them, and have them end up Forsworn or travelling with Khajiit caravans.

Just get them out of the dodgy 1 room refugee camps...

Hopefully someone will consider this request and build it, or just use the general idea for something.

If it's already been done - please let me know where I can get the mod from

Cheers.
