Hickory
Just checking: you do realise that ScriptEffectStart is a magic effect function that has to be fired on/at an NPC? Quoting the CS Wiki on actor.con_HairTint: "This function was not designed to be run from scripts, and so may not work as expected."
shaneray
I Have it as a magical effect as it targets the player. I read the wiki too thats why I'm here seeing if any of the more experienced modders know of a better way to do this. So since the effect as you say is for targeting NPC's whats the one I need for targeting the player?

So since the effect as you say is for targeting NPC's whats the one I need for targeting the player? Like I quoted, the function for changing the hair colour is not meant to be run from a script, so one can safely assume it's designed as a console command. shaneray
Well I apologize i assumed that the fact i put "scripteffectstart" it was implied that it was a spell, but also its why i was here, since i don't have the answers.
