Rivet City Hostility

So I just finish talking to Pinkerton and I went back to Rivet City. I go to the Bridge Tower area and all the security guards were running away from me. When I get to Harkness or where the Mr. Gutsy is, they all open fire....wtf? I tried leaving my companions outside before going in, still the same...

I believe I read of that issue coming from EVE and an additional turret it places in the tower. Perhaps if you ask on its page someone will know something to help you better. Sorry I can't be of more help.
