Marxist ßastard
If you're referring to your current magicka, you have Astral Vapors. Go to a temple and get cured. If you're referring to your maximum magicka, look here, and note that your maximum magicka is not a percentage -- you can get up to 510 points of maximum magicka from your Intelligence, and even more from bonuses. Rhydderch Hael
hi im playing the xbox 360 version and how do you gain magicka?, im still stuck at 80% right now, level 9 wood elf, bithsign Steed, class thief. help would be appreciated.. i have both pc and xbox versions of Oblivion.80%, or do you mean 80 points of Magicka? Whatever the case, you're character isn't set up for a lot of magical mojo early on in the game. You'd have to work on it (and alot) by raising the intel. I just started up a Breton spellsword who was born under the Apprentice birthsign. He's around level 5 and has well over 200 points of magicka. He absolutely sucks with a bow and can't move very fast under his armor right now, but the build was skewed to magic. Your build is skewed to stealth. The 80% thingy made me think you're talking about 80% spell effectiveness (which can be seen when you switch over the your Spells tab in the journal). That is a result of wearing lots of armor you have a low skill in. Armor impedes upon the maximum power of your magic spells, but as you get more and more skilled in a particular type of armor, your spell effectiveness climbs.
