XBOX 360 controller right analog wont work!!=(

OMG this is driving me madddddd ok ok you I know its all over the forums but nothing on there works! It worked before. I tweaked the settings and it worked but now my right analog can't be used to look around dudesss and dudettes!! wtffff I tried setting it the way bethesda said to and tried every post on here and nothing. this is what it looks like as of right now and ive been tweaking for a good hour. Im using the regular old xbox360 wired controller...GOD i wanna try out these sweetass mods and I just cant do it with a freakin mouse lmaooo now I know why cats hate them so muchhhh!!! =) if anyone can help then THANK YOU!!!

Uh.. What? I didn't get what the thing is you're trying to get across. Your XBox controller is broken in some manner involving the toggle stick.. And you can't use a mouse..

 

I haven't played with the .ini much, but doesn't BUse Joystick mean a joystick, not a controller?

A "joystick" can pretty much be any kind of gamepad. Console controllers work just as well as independent gaming joysticks.

Personally, I leave Oblivion's settings out of it and use a keymapping program called Xpadder. There are others -- that page I linked suggests one called Control MK, which also works just fine (I used it for months on my laptop). It's just that Xpadder has a much better GUI and is overall easier to figure out and configure. Only issue is that Xpadder will cost you ten bucks. If you don't mind the fee, Xpadder is much better than the free ones. Otherwise, Control MK will do you fine; it's just harder to set up correctly.

thanks but theres a way i did it just by messing with the lookingleft and right and looking up and down numbers thingy lol ill try and try again till it works lol thanks thooo ima try ur way

if it doesn't function, try:

 

iJoystickLookUpDown=6

iJoystickLookLeftRight=3

 

else your controller is broken or it isn't installed on your PC

Hey thanks everyone!!! I ditched the xbox 360 controller and got a logitech dual action and it works just fine now lol YAYYY ESTRUS HERE I COMEEE!!!...pardon the pun...heh. But thanks guys I mean it!!! =)
