Mod Configuration Menu Problems

Hey guys, I need help. I've been modding Fallout and the Elder Scrolls for a while and I've recently reset my computer. I downloaded and modded Fallout New Vegas once I got all the programs I needed and got the 'Mod Configuration Menu' (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42507/?) and ran into a very annoying problem.

 

Every time I pause the game it freezes and delays and once the menu actually displays, a message pops up saying something similar to "Multiple entries have been detected by MCM" "Check the readme". So I check the readme's FAQ and there is nothing on it.

 

Please help, this is close to game breaking and is very annoying.

Are you using UIO or Unified Hud?

 

I have not tried UIO yet. But with Unified Hud, I install my other Hud mods first then run Unified Hud last. And that gets my Hud mods working properly. You could also try posting or searching your issue in the Official MCM support forum.

 

I did a minor search on your issue, but only found one fix so far.

 

I have the issue that has been mentioned a few times in this thread

"The mod configuration menu has detected multiple menu entries for MCM. The mod will still function properly, but the pause menu loading time will be increased.
See the faq of the read me for the solution."

Nothing in the FAQ about it and no matter what way I reinstall the mods, the bloody message will not stop even though all I have installed is CASM, is there any way I could just kill the message in the XML files?

Stop the damed massage from triggering?, seriously, I cannot play like this

 

i deleted my start_menu.xml file in \Data\menus\options\, and includes_StartMenu.xml file in Data\menus\prefabs\ and reinstalled my MCM and it cleared the message about multiple menu entries.
