Some Stuff for my Youtube Series

Hey there guys, Captain Joltz here. How's the wasteland treating everyone? Hopefully as good as it's treating me. Anyway, I need some things for my series I'm going to be starting up on YouTube again (Been away in the Army (They kicked me out for having some messed up stuff in my leg)) and I'd like some ideas or maybe a little help. What I need is a building to call home that can fit me and 4 - 5 companions comfortably, two generic companions (I'm making the other two.), a dog companion that I can name after my real life dog "Treble" (It's a girl), some armor (preferably a black non-faction version of the ncr ranger duster with a black bandana and a black cowboy hat that isn't the massive desperado model.), a custom pistol (preferably something along the lines of the vanilla pistol "Lucky" or the "Ranger Sequoia") and a few other miscellanious things that I can make on my own. Anyway, I'll gladly take suggestions or even some generous mod-makers mod that they'd make for me. Thanks for your time guys and remember, don't drink the water, you don't know what's been swimming in it!

Dog - I don't know of any mods that allow you to rename. Just pick one of the many generic dogs on the nexus, stand in front of it, open the console and type: setname "Treble" and press enter.
