  1. Basically I want the Follower's Lab Coat outfit just in a different colour, preferably the same as the courier dusters from Lonesome Road and with the black piece of medical equipment removed. My character is a FOTA member so I don't mind if their symbol is still there. What would be really cool is if the coat could just be put over the rest of the LR duster outfit, maybe even with Joshua Graham's SWAT vest, duster removed of course, but I'd settle for just a retexture if that's too much. Shouldn't have crazy DT, say, 8-10.
  2. I know Satchels has at least one neckerchief for sure, doesn't seem to be in the images though.
  3. You could always try wearing one of Jaysus Rogue Ranger Coats over it, they work like Tailor Maid accessories. Might be some clipping but worth a try.
  4. I thought it would be cool for a courier who supports an independent Vegas to be able to represent the more minor factions that would actually comprise it with small logos/symbols on the Blackjack duster, preferably on the chest or lapels. What the symbols look like: Followers of the Apocalypse Brotherhood of Steel Great Khans Boomers Enclave Remnants The Kings A Nevada flag, as seen outside Doc Mitchell's house would make sense too. Anything else you can think of would be great.
  5. Not to hijack or anything, but I thought just a regular vanilla outfit, e.g. the Courier dusters with a smallish Followers' symbol on would be pretty cool. Like an armband or a badge.
  6. Probably my favorite outfit, but it stupidly has *1* DT which makes it unusable for anything more than a light skirmish, you'd think a general would at least wear some light body armor. All it needs is to be bumped up to 6-10 DT. What would be really cool is a medium armor something like Gopher's mods that are essentially recon armor with a coat on top shown below, but I'd be more than happy with a moderate DT boost.
  7. I love the look of Ratslayer, but it's a bit weak to be practical. I've been using various mods to up the damage, but what I really want is to change it to more of a compact sniper rifle than purely a stealth weapon. Ideally it would have about equivalent damage to a marksman carbine, so not *too* extreme, the silencer would be removed and the fire sound changed to be a little beefier.
  8. If he had something to say, he'd say it. There's no point coming on here and saying 'I have no idea what's going on' or giving release dates he's unsure of. I'm guessing he's just weighing up whether he'll be able to finish it or not. Or he's gotten side tracked with Papyrus in preparation for Fallout 4. Or he's busy with this 'real life' game I hear so much about. Or he's just a sadistic drunken bastard who enjoys watching us all go crazy in this forum.
  9. Tailor Maid has separated armour/clothing parts. There's quite a bit not shown in the pics on the mod page so dl it and see if it has what you're looking for.
  10. Cool. Head bandages would be great too, what with the whole courier getting shot in the face thing. Don't know if it would be possible, but if they gradually healed crippled limbs they'd be functional too. Edit: There already is a head bandage mod
  11. My idea is that dialogue options could be added to certain NPCs (traders, merchants, casino cashiers etc..) where you demand they give you all of their caps. Your success could be based on speech/weapon skills with a chance that they refuse and turn hostile. The Terrifying Presence perk should make it 100% effective. It should also affect reputation & karma, residents wouldn't take too kindly to you sticking up the casino in Primm for example.
  12. I have faith it will still come out, he probably would have said something if it was dead. On the off chance that you are done with it however, it would be great if you would hand it over to someone else. From what he's said a lot of work has already been done, I'm sure there are plenty of people around here that would be up for finishing it. I'd be happy to play it not completely finished if you are done with it though.
  13. Sounds amazing. I wonder if the grenade machine gun could be made to fire them too?
  14. I second this. Zion is probably my favourite place in the game and it's severely lacking good player home mods. It should definitely be on top of a hill or canyon or something to get the best views.
  15. Active Wasteland has useable paint guns I think, I don't know how long it stays there though.
  16. What type of grenades? I mean like standard thrown grenade, 25mm, 40mm. It'd be amazing if I could shoot them from Thump-Thump.
  17. Just some ideas . Farming - There's plenty of unused land in Vegas and it's surroundings, you have to purchase livestock & equipment and hire NPCs to do the work. Perhaps the tech from Vault 22 or the Salient Green thing could be used somehow? . Food Banks / Co-ops - Much like the ones in Freeside & Westside respectively. Would be supplied by the new farms. . Schools / Orphanages - You could just more or less copy the school at Nellis, hire some teachers & guards. Adding new kid NPCs to them would make the world more plausible too. . Library - would need a medium to large building and a few NPCs to hire, maybe a simple pre-war book gathering quest.
  18. I'd love to see the Followers of the Apocalypse better organized and equipped, they're the only faction my character really likes and it sucks that they're still struggling in squalor even after I've kicked out the Legion & NCR and accrued so much wealth. I think that post-Hoover Dam Vegas would be much more stable if people weren't starving and had medical facilities. Perhaps you could just donate to them and then they open more outposts (maybe even a hospital & science labs) and do the work for you, rather than you running around the Mojave handing out caps to each individual settlement. I'd say that this should be done through Julie Farkas, I'm not fussed about unvoiced dialogue, but if somebody wanted to create one there could be a new NPC to handle this kind of stuff.
  19. After doing just about every vanilla quest, hitting casino jackpots, clearing out the gold from the Sierra Madre, The Inheretence & New Vegas Bounties and hours upon hours of random looting, my character is obscenely wealthy, even after buying just about everything he could ever want. I'd love a mod that lets you put those riches in to all of the settlements & towns across the Mojave. I realize that would be a pretty big job, so I'd suggest only doing it with the areas that need it the most like Westside and North Vegas Square. This is how I imagined it would work: You give a certain amount of caps to a trustworthy person (Crandon or Jules for NVS, and Tom Anderson or Klamath Bob for Westside), and after a week or two, the place is cleaned up. -Derelict buildings repaired -More caps and expanded inventory for traders (perhaps add a merchant or two to NVS) -A patch for growing crops in NVS -Clean clothes for residents (nothing crazy, just something nicer than rags and wasteland wanderer clothes) -Better equipment for Westside Militia - Combat Armor, Marksman Carbines, Hunting Shotguns etc.. And guards for NVS, maybe some turrets outside to keep the Fiends away.
  20. The most popular weapons are probably high damage weapons like the Anti-Materiel Rifle, Bozar, Ranger Sequoia, Riot Shotgun etc... Christine's COS Rifle (sniper rifle) and A Light Shining in Darkness (45.auto pistol) is my favourite combo at the moment. Does the mod detect Medicine Stick as a brush gun? if not, I'd love to see that along with the Ranger Sequoia/Lucky on the hip for a cowboy look. I don't suppose unarmed weapons like the Ballistic Fist could work? i.e. it stays on your hand when you 'unequip' it. I'm guessing that would cause all kinds of clipping...
  21. Sounds great, any ideas for how would it work? Johnson Nash owns the Primm branch, maybe you'd have to buy it from him or enter in to a partnership. I suppose you would need some quests to hire more couriers as well as the option to do the deliveries yourself. I think expanding the company would be a good idea, i.e. more dropboxes. I'd put one in Jacobstown, Sloan, North Vegas Square, Westside etc... There could be other jobs to help it run smoother, maybe taking out the deathclaws in Quarry Junction to free up the road or taking out raiders or something. It would be cool if a box/safe could be added that gives you a certain amount of caps per week, depending on your barter skill and how much you have done to build up the business. For example if you just take over and don't do any of the other quests, you would get 500 caps, but if you do all of the quests you could get 1500 caps.
  22. I like this idea a lot. According to the Fallout Wiki, one of the terminals in the Hubris Comics building reveals that the AntAgonizer was originally their creation. There's a few more Hubris comics mentioned too if you're looking for other ideas. I know they never went in to production, but it's not too farfetched for somebody to discover the writings and finish & publish them.
  23. So is anything still happening with this? It sounds amazing.
  24. So I'm playing through Honest Hearts at the moment and I thought it would be cool if you could get inked up like the tribals. Perhaps new dialogue (I really don't care about voice acting) could be added to an npc that would do it for you as a mark of gratitude for helping the tribe. Personally, I wouldn't want anything too crazy, just something around one eye or on the arms to signify the whole 'honorary member' thing. When you speak to the tattooist, it could bring up the menu you use to edit your character, like when you use hairdressers/surgeons, but the only option would be choosing tattoos. Would that be possible?
