You can use the report button that's below posts to ask for a lock. An Unlock is far less likely ever to happen though.Upload pics to Photobucket?Upload Mods to Nexus?You'd have to sign up at photobucket. and use the image-tags. However, there are other sites like imageshack where you don't have to sign up before uploading pictures. How To Upload Your Mod Find safe pics to put on topics?That's a matter of sane judgement whether to post things or not, google images is the most common.However, if you mean you won't get on strange sites. If you mean something like video taking program, FRAPS is capable of both video and screenshooting. Free version only allows up to 30 second of video a whack though.
