BoomNL
hello, not a native english so please go easy on me. I have problems getting the graphic mods up and running, this is my first time modding a game and i'm not really a computer expert, recently installed RealVision ENB and finally after installing many graphic mods i see a big change to the enviroment, sadly my FPS drop to 3-4, i can't seem to figure out what the problem is. i believe my system is good enough to run plenty of mods my system: (Laptop) Intel® Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40 ghz8GB RAMIntel HD graphics 4000GeForce GTX 680M hope this is plenty of info, as i said i am not a computer expert. If anyone willing to help needs more info feel free to ask. Thanks.
korun
you are on a laptop, so use the injector version of the Enb, then, there is a chance you are using the Intel HD graphic instead of your GC, try this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33227/? it's a fix for Mobile Nvidia card @@
BoomNL
Thanks for the quick response, i downloaded the injector version of ENB and ran it before the startup together with the Fix, unfortunately my FPS do not increase, it remains at 3-4. 45AARP
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801/?Using this and setting it at either medium or maximum settings when I run it literally is the difference between ~50 fps without ENB, and 30-60 with a nice looking performance ENB on a 660. If you're really having issues, set your resolution a notch down. Try 900p, I did that until I upgraded from my 570 and it was a 15 fps difference with almost no visual quality difference unless your face was against the screen. EDIT: This helped me alot as well http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/? Edited November 9, 2014 by slapahotribe23

korun
realvision enb is really demanting.maybe look for another enb ?if you use the performance setup, it's not that strong, it's one of the best Enb around for that, really performance friendlyBut Skyrim Tuner recommend a min of i5 3 ghz + Gtx 660 & 8 Go ram ,i use RealVision Full and PureVision full aswell and those are demanding Ofcourse But, it depend the most on what kind of graphic mods you've installed, so post your load order :)RealVision + Elfx + Smim+ landscape 2 k texture= to much for you or even half of the mod list recommended will kill you laptop@@
BoomNL
Tried the optimizer, SSME and changing the resolution, nothing worked. This is my Mod setup, the boxes untagged i turned off to make sure if something changed i would have noticed it. http://nl.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=5vra&s=8#.VF-KAPmG-ao Thanks for all the response so far, nice to see people trying to help. Edit: just noticed that when i change my resolution to 1600x900 in the skyrim launcher it just switches it back to my old settings somehow. so i couldn't test it at that resolution Edited November 9, 2014 by BoomNL
korun
SSME is already in SKSE 1.7.1, but you need to use this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038/?it will add a .InI to Skse with these lines:[General]ClearInvalidRegistrations=1[Display]iTintTextureResolution=2048[Memory];This is a temporary value. Please use Memory Blocks Log to find out what yours should be set to.defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768scrapHeapSizeMB=256 to change your resolution go in the SkyrimPref.ini and change it manually, then launch Skse@@ Edited November 10, 2014 by korun

BoomNL
Downloaded the .INI, still no improvements, i've been all over the web and i don't find anything that works, really strange, i play Games on ultra without even the slightest FPS drop, i can't figure it out.Since i am new to Modding, i think i may have messed up somewhere, i used this guide to start up http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56894/? and followed it all the way through, then when i started adding mods it was working, CBBE worked, the Race Menu worked perfectly aswell, i just can't get any graphic mods up and running, now i finally found one that does work, and it drops my FPS, i'm cursed lol.
