redneck1st
I don thave a class I play more than the other. I like to rotate each class. The warrior's armor and weopons look fantastic, and the ability to charge headlong into any situation is just plain fun. The rogue is another great class with the Pheonix Armory mod. Its always fun to loot the darkspawn before you kick their butt XD. Mage is by far the most complex but satisfying when you smoke a whole room full of monsters. Its the "glass cannon" class. Plus it can be quite fun playing as a modded shapeshifter (Revenant, Pride Demon, Ogre, Archdemon forms). Its really just down to you and what you like to play as... If you like making yourself just pure awesome, try out Warrior. I'm trying out all of the classes and the different play throughs right now so as to obtain all the achievements. I know that there is a mod for which will unlock them all for you but what fun is that there?<G> Currently running through with a Female City Elf as a rogue. She is dual weaponing Starfang<Wardens Keep DLC> and Warden's Luck<downloaded mod from here>. So far I've solo'ed her through most of the game and will have to admit that she's one tough lady. She just wiped out the Deep Roads through the dead trenches and even single handedly took on and killed the brood mother herself. Back to camp to pick up Oghren and maybe a couple of others to do the Anvil part. Figure he's got to be with me for that part there for the role playing aspect. But will have to admit that its so much fun running solo and such a challange as well. Next thing I want do is take down that dragon on the Top of the Mountain when you do the quest for the Urn. Might have to stock up on the healing potions for that battle.<LOL>
Alehazar
I've played all races, all classes and all Origins.I find myself drawn towards the Rogue class. Using poisons and grenades is wicked. Also the tier 3 Rogue talents that will allow your rogue to use the cunning modifier and perform automatic backstabs against a stunned target are simply great. Maybe I leveled up my others class characters in the wrong way. Fighting Branka as a mage or warrior, I couldn't make a dent in the fender. Whereas my rogue, using the concentrated soldier's bane in combination with either the concentrated demonic poison or quiet death, was chipping away her health like a jackhammer drilling in quicksand. I also enjoy laying down traps -that's how I usually take down the maleficarum in Denerim. Disengage my party, activate stealth and start trapping the hell out of the floor. Fire traps, grease traps; great combo. The only drawback is in the dungeon of Arl Howe; salvo after salvo of scattershots, simply stun my party, making them sitting ducks. Then they get trampled on -quack! Yeah, definitely a rogue
billyro
I like playing as human noble (surprise, surprise) because I relate more to it. Sword + shield, medium/heavy armour, talents that help allies.
