Ive Thought about It And Instead Of Getting A Laptop,Im Getting A Desktop PowerHouse,But No Customs.Anyway Whats A Really Decent Quad-Core Processor + Whats The Best Graphics Card With 1 Gig of Vid Memory?My Budget is 800$ Or Less.

I think an core i7-750 and a gtx460 would be perfect for you.

 

Of course there are alternatives like an amd quadcore, the 965 or 955 for example.

If you're on a budget, go AMD. AMD is nearly always the best bang for the buck. Your budget's fairly high though, so you will probably be able to step up to an intel quad, which in the long run is probably the better choice. Pair a more powerful CPU with a 100-150$ GPU, and save the rest of the money to upgrade RAM or GPU as needed later, since upgrading either one of those is far less of a PITA than upgrading the CPU.
