lera213
Yes another noob who is getting so frustrated and need some help. I've been trying to design my own character mrh,mop (whatever) in the toolset and I am having a very hard time with the nose and cheeks. It seems like I cannot achieve my desired goal of a thin small nose and narrow face but not dead sunken in cheek look. I want a fine delicate looking head, I almost got what I wanted but in the game when I used it, the tip of the nose is funky, tried to fix it and made everything worse! THe part between the eyes is way to thick no matter what I do too. I need help... Anyone have the slider settings for the NOSE of a small bone wonman that doesn't make her look like a monster? LOL Example if you look at any of dracomies mor's all his noses look nice, how do I achieve one of those noses he uses? I would love to attach the MRH file but I get an error saying I cannot when I try. Someone please help me.
DarkeWolf
Well, I SUCK at trying to put morphs together, so I cant really give you any advice there. But for uploading your .mrh file for somebody to look at it for work, throw it into a .zip file ;)There is only a few file formats that the boards will let us upload to the forums, and .mrh .mor or .mop isnt in that list. Which is why you are getting the error. If you put it into a .zip file, it will upload just fine as long as the file size is within the limitations of attachements. just in case that you dont know how to create a .zip file, here's a tute- http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=6&ved=0CDAQFjAF&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cs.sfu.ca%2FCC%2F125%2Fggbaker%2Finstr%2Fxpzip&ei=lThjTPeZGMKclgeW9MmDCg&usg=AFQjCNGArz7OEUm3jAxMeosg23O8HcFVNw its pretty much like that for win xp win vista, and win
danscott84
the trick for noses and cheeks is using a combination of the sliders. There are two places for nose sliders as far as shape goes. The first set is in the features tab, the second set in the nose tab. Also play with nose size/height to get the desired look you want. Just using the shape and thick/thin sliders are not enough. As for cheeks, I usually avoid them unless moving the cheek bones. To get a thinner face, or wider jawline the trick is using the sliders in the jaw and features tabs. If you want an example besides Dracomies for the various face shapes you can achieve, I have several face mods. Just look up my profile on the dragonagenexus and they are listed there. Now, I will issue a cautionary note here, if you are making a mop file for the CC, the nose/eyes sliders will only accept all or none on the slider. In other words, if you move a nose slider to 50, the mop file will export over with the full 100 on the nose/eyes making it appear different than in the toolset. Unfortunately there is nothing that can avoid this, it's just how the toolset works.
