Also which version of OS are you using and are you using 7zip or Winzip? 7 I think is the more user friendly and easier to extract the mods. This is an issue with Vista/Win7's protected folder structure. The simplest solution is to uninstall Oblivion and reinstall it outside of Program Files -- somewhere like C:\Games\Oblivion .
