dpgillam
Ive been using "Killable and lootable" since I started using mods, and never had troubles. Seems to play nice with most the kid mods, and unecessary with a couple (have to read to see which ones) Of course, this is skyrim, and results may vary depending on if you installed on the 3rd Mondas of Seedfall under a solar eclipse while standing on one foot shouting "Fus D'oh Rah Rah Rah" or not.... DARKT0RM3NT0Rx
There are three that I know about, and have only used one.Xvision Children.TK Children.RS Children Overhaul. I've only used Xvision so far; I had to replace the girl's face and body textures with CBBE ones, so they wouldn't have the shiny/oily face textures, so if you use it, you may want to replace the face/body textures as well. The boys still look a bit weird, but better than vanilla at least. Not really a fan of TK children, as they still seem to have a bit of a potato-face/all look very similar, despite the new hairs. Also not really interested in RS Child Overhaul, as in my view, it makes all the kids look like teens - if the eyes were bigger, then they'd look more child-like. I'll be sticking with Xvision at this moment in time, but you should look at the options and decide what fits your preferences. I know this is an old post but how exactly do you replace the vanilla body meshes? I have only come across mods that just change their faces? Vanilla Children's arms and legs look weird and out of proportion. So how do you ad CBBE to them? CBBE looks more realistic.

I changed the textures only to CBBE's seamless ones, leaving the girls in their original underwear. Simple case of copy/paste from one folder to another.
