Fallout 3 just keep freezing

Please give me a hand and help me solve this annoying problem.

 

Specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

Intel Core i5 M430

4GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 5430

 

It's Fallout 3 GOTY and these are the mods I've installed:

At first, I kept freezing on new game before and after choosing sex. Then I somehow managed to make it out of Vault with few freezes. After I got into Moriarty's House, it just keep freezing and freezing and freezing. I've searched on google and tried many methods but it still freezes.

 

Please give me a hand and if you need any more information, just reply. Thank you!

The game freezes even without the mods.... Oh God..

Have you applied the quad-core fix to your ini? Open up the Fallout ini in My Documents and change the line

bUseThreadedAI=0

to:

bUseThreadedAI=1

underneath that, add the line:

iNumHWThreads=2
