Level 100 with Project Nevada & Lots of other mods.. how to balance it?

Basically I am using a large load order.. new areas.. new quests.. companions.. difficulty etc.. and level 50 I don't think is going to be enough.. or worse.. it will make be overpowered.

Just wondering what a good way to balance Level 100 cap would be. I'm thinking perk for every 4 levels but not sure how I would go about with the actual stats?

Anyone got any tips?

try cutting the skill points you get per level in half. you are doubling the time to get a perk as it is so that should be a good start. though you should also increase the amount you get at the beginning by about 6 more so as to make the start less of a nightmare to play. then play for a bit, probably until you reach level 12 and then tweak everything a bit (add points to the amount you start with, add or remove points for each level, and/or change when you get perks.) another good idea would be to get a mod that adds a few more enemies to the game world along with some overhauls for the various factions so that you can beef them up. this should allow you to start as a little weakling and end as a demi-god of the wastes like in vanilla game, but with a much more intense and painful climb.

also on another note maybe adjusting when harder versions of enemies begin to spawn would be a good idea as well.
