Rearranging the Forums?

There was a thread in the Lounge part of the forums regarding the layout of the forums, and more specifically, of the General Gaming, Discussions, and Software Programs forum sections. The problem is, because of the myriad of games, these sections of the forum are waaaay down the page. You have to scroll down quite a fair way to even see them. We think that because of this, there hasn't been much activity in them.

 

A solution would be to move these forums up above all the game forums, so that people can see them easier and thereby making them less redundant. It would also ensure that many newer members would be more likely to see it.
