Mod recommendations? Skyrim player just now playing Oblivion!

Graphic: Oblivion Reloaded + ENB + Qarl's Texture Pack + Any good LOD replaced, and you solved 95% of the graphic problems.

 

Landscapes: Unique Landscapes + Better Cities is what you need

 

UI: There are some great UI replaced. DarNified UI and Dark UI are the most famous ones.

 

For health regeneration, my mod gives you what you need! (Check the signature)

Sneaking: Sneaking Detection Recalibrated totally overhaul and improve the sneaking system.

 

Drowning in stats and Micro-leveling: Many mods like Oblivion XP replace the Oblivion level-up system with something better and which doesn't require micro-management and there's even a mod which automatically update the attributes as your skill increases. Other mods remove the retroactive health.

Well I'm not sure if u still need help but I'm trying to combine oblivion and skyrim myself and I found a few mods

 

Lethrblaka rideable creatures adds creatures that are very similar to dragons from skyrim.

 

Tweaked ENB by astrob0y is a good graphics mod that looks a lot like the skyblivion mod for skyrim.

 

Natural enviorments is a good one too

 

Illumination within

 

Unique Landscapes Compilation

 

Mythic creatures which gives the creatures better detail like hair texture etc..

 

Legion armor replacer which changes the legion armor to look more like the one in skyrim

 

Immersive interiors

 

Realy AEVWD

 

Qarl's texture pack 3

 

And if u like the characters in skyrim better then oblivion OCOv2 is the best mod out there for that sort of thing

i know a few good mods, but the first thing you should do is play through the main story without mods. Get the basic experience to see what you want added. that being said this is my favorite armor mod
