Upon closely examining the meshes, there are only two sizes included, even though there are four individual meshes for each color. The choices are C cup and DD. That picture is not of the meshes included in this download; aside from size, there are also slight differences in the straps. I have no idea where that picture came from. My only guess is that picture is taken from an earlier version or something like that. It does not look like the author has ever responded to any posts, so your best bet would indeed be to PM the picture-taker and see if they can tell you where/how they got it.
