Yeah, so anyway, who actually let Mankar Camoran finish his speech in paradise before setting about filling him with arrows? Better question, if the amulet of kings can only be worn by someone of the septum line, how did he manage to put it on?

As I recall in my readings concerning the War of the Red Diamond, more than a few of the Septim bloodline were notorious womanizers.

Gives you hope, no? There are probably hundreds of commonfolk who unknowingly carry a weak strain of the dragonsblood in their families.

Hmmm... That would be weird... But you're forgeting one important part. The 'Commentaries' are contemporary with Tiber Septim, so he would have had to be an adult when Tiber Septim was in the throne. Unless you could think of another reason... hmmmmm... maybe Alessia was a women who enjoyed the presence of jigaloes in her bed?

Well, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought the bloodline was a trait which passed down from father to son. Meaning that one of the previous emporers had slept with a high elven woman, spawned a male child. that male child grew up, then slept with another high elven woman, eventually giving birth to Mankar. By the third generation most of the physical distinctions of an imperial father would have been bred out. But the bloodline would still be there. Or Mankar if the male without a father son of one of the emporers, this might explain his whole reason for turning to Dagon. He just happens to be wearing gold body paint and false ear tips.

Mmm-Hmm... So, Tiber Septim went back in time, as he was the first Septim, and screwed an Altmer, which gave birth to someone else, who kept screwing here, f*cking there, pretty soon, Mankar Camoran comes as Tiber Septim would have come, and time continued as normal? Your the same person I'm driving crazy in the Another Arena tread, are you not?

Alright, given the fact that the armor of Tiber Septim is in a shrine which hasn't been entered for "centuries" And he is the first Emporer... Start of the bloodline. I would imagine there to be enough time between him, and now to have something like that happen. Just because they're named the same doesn't mean they're the same person. Then again, this is only me trying to make sense of it.

Not very much sense... A relitave perposly named someone Tiber Septim, and that other one stole some blood off of the emporer Tiber Septim, and has the Dragonblood? I'm guessing he used magic to be able to wear it, lazy, too lazy to even want it in his pocket... Or, maybe the script only happens on the PC, not NPCs. The last one is most likely the reason, so lets just leave it at that...

The Amulet of Kings was first bequeathed to St. Alessia, not Tiber Septim. Jauffre even tells you as much.

And Alessia was once a slave to elves...

Then she must have had a thing for High Elves. However, I think he can wear it because the script only effects the PC, as I said before, and he wears it I bet because Bethesda didn't want you to pickpocket him of it. Just one question: How did Mankar Camoran get a divine artifact, because the only one that Jauffre/Martin say is the Armor of Tiber Septim. And, the Divines don't create artifacts, but Talos had that armor when he was mortal.

More likely an elf had a thing for her. She was the slave, remember.

Of course, being forced upon by a master, then having the child of that union taken away from her could have helped fuel the fire of rebellion in her heart.

Let's see: a worshipper and supplicant of a Daedric lord wants to establish a kingdom within a pocket of the Daedric realm. Maybe said Daedric lord lent a helping hand.

Now, an enemy of said supplicant and said lord may want to give chase and enter the selfsame realm. No help from the dudes in question, so perhaps our hero can seek help from another source on high...
