Whenever i try to load a mod i downloaded from a Japanese site, oblivion always crashes on startup, is there a way to fix this?

You need to check if the mod in question has other mod that you don't have as master. Missing master is one of the reason of CTD at startup.

The mod in question is the Lop-ears Elf_mini_v0.7, and according to another forum, i have all the needed files (Working Eyelashes,Modular Beautiful People 2ch-Edition, and x117race021), but whenever i activate the race, it CTD's on startup.

 

it also appears that i cannot get the x117 race to load at all.
