go to c:\programfiles\bethesda softworks\fallout 3\data.. or where ever ur fallout 3 directory is and open up data in there you should find the fallout 3 main files as well as the main files of the dlc that you have, then open the .zip archive of your mod that you downloaded, then find the folders labeled meshes, and another labeled textures select both of them and then drag them into the data directory that you found earlier and allow for over right, if you arent using fomm i high recommend downloading it as well as fose http://fose.silverlock.org/, with fomm opened up click on the button that says toggle invalidation so that custom textures will be used and your done, however if this was a mod that added content you would have also found a .esp file or .esm these go into that data file as well and must be activated in fomm by ticking off the box next to them

one side note is that these body changers are very trick and temperamental sometimes, you didnt do anything wrong just do repeat what you did earlier restart your pc, toggle invaildation off an on again, itl eventually work lol

Welcome to the nexus.

If I've got a tip to add, it's always get FOSS. FOSS will solve as many problems as the mods can cause. I had a CTD on launch yesterday, ran FOSS' Oblivion cousin BOSS, and it instantly fixed Oblivion in one double click. It's just somethign everyone needs in their toolkit, it wont fix everything, but it will fix a darn lot and save you some serious technical issues by sorting your load order for you in two clicks.
