Such as wandering around and talking to people during lunch break... Also I think one of the sections should be a mental asylum, that would be interesting... Yes, unless you stay underwater long enough that you drown (unless you're an argonian). I mean if you jump from a high height? It would suck if you had to go back to the dysfunctional prison system after this awesomeness, but it would get boring to have to do it again and again in the same way, also it will not make much sense for a petty criminal to go to the magma cave for a single murder and a couple stolen pots, but it doesn't make sense to get off with ten days in jail.
