Cardboard Box
I'm making a modified version of the Springvale Ranch House mod, in which I do the following: Change ambient lighting to kill "washout"Install a working bobblehead stand (copied script from Megaton stand, changed references)Fence off back porch to stop raiders getting inCreate backstory via computer entries and dead NPCThe NPC is supposed to be found lying dead on the road outside Vault 101. To do this, I copied Brian Wilks' dad for the base actor, but there's a problem. My NPC, Ginger, won't die. She just stands there playing statues. You can loot her for the key, but she doesn't move. I tried plonking a landmine at her feet, but that didn't work. Is there something I have to do first to make her not only be dead, but look dead? Yours from the Home for the Terminally Bewildered. ub3rman123
Erm, you've probably tried this, but did you try running the Havok Sim in the GECK?
Cardboard Box
*facepalm* You know, that's the first time I've ever used that function in a Bethesda game mod ever. Thanks! For my next trick:Find parts to get the Nuka-Cola fridge working againMake the My First Infirmary require specialised items to get working and keep workingDitto for the My First LaboratoryCreate a quest for a Food Purifier (grub goes in - non-radioactive grub comes out - eat it or sell it, your call)But for now I'll just get this house working. ub3rman123
Funny, in Oblivion the character will fall over anyways if you bump into them without the Havok Sim being run. Corpses are more resilient in FO3. Must be all the radiation.
