TES5edit = Fatal: Error loading plugin list: <EOSError: System Error. Code: 2.

Hello guys,

 

i am following the GUIDE to clean your master fil with the TES5edit,

So i load it with MO,

select skyrim.esm and update.esm

 

 

and than i get :

was wondering if any of you could know what i can do or where to look? ( i havent even installed a single MOD yet...I installed th game this morning)

i already goolged. youtube. and searched everywhere...

Actually it's:

TES5Edit could not find those plugins listed above this message.

Try running Tes5edit as a stand alone - instead of launching it from another program.

even on a standalone i get the same error!!

I am not sure why i cannot do this, i havent even installed a mod.. how can there be an error?

so he could not find anything? not any of my plugin? why? i only have the 3 DL + dafault HD pack that came wiht the CD...

OP HERE:
updating, i think it is because my DLC do not show in the plugin selection menu,
here is an image:

anyone know how to make the DLC appear in the plugin selection menu?

Gonna have to check on this, but it looks like TES5Edit is not seeing the MO load order.

Found BOSS load order list: C:\Users\OlivierNEWpc\AppData\Local\Skyrim\loadorder.txt

Use MO and run LOOT...then using the "RUN" button inside MO to launch TES5Edit. You need to create a "RUN" EXE inside MO , jusrt like you have to for ...LOOT, Wrye BAsh...ect. any program you run needs to be started from inside MO.

Checking now, what xxedit says for me....EDIT" says the same for me ..EXCEPT....

Where is Steam?? Using Skyrim Data Path: C:\Users\OlivierNEWpc\Documents\Documents\game\skyrim\Data\<<<No Steam

OP you should just reinstall the game from Steam and leave it in the Steam directory rather than moving it somewhere else.

 

Then try again.
