Problem with Oblivion XP

I recently noticed a problem with the xp mod, I have enough experience points to level up by the level up menu will not come up (either by pressing the level up button in the inventory or by sleeping). I have had this mod installed and working fine for quite a while, the previous mod I believe I installed was the level uncaper mod (however just after installing that I was still able to level up).

I have also done a clean install with the same mods on a new computer and I get the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Ok, seems to work on my other saves, just not on my main save were my character has attributes over level 100, do you think bashing the save would fix it?
