McMutton
Didn't they rush Oblivion so it could be an Xbox 360 launch title?

Nakuvamp
I heard it will be set in Skyrim. And I know for a fact (as in: I've seen job postings from Bethesda on CG and Game Design sites) that Bethesda is looking for people with MMORPG experience. They are But i doubt its for TES they had an agreement with the original owners of the Fallout Series Fallout 3 was originally a temporary licence but with stipulations, The original company always wanted to make a fallout MMO but they went out of business after fallout 2, and when they let Bethesda have the rights to Fallout for fallout 3 it was suppose to be only for fallout 3 and the original creators would make the MMO but they had to have proof they had the funding for it by a certain date or Bethesda would have FULL owner ship of the Fallout Franchise and the MMO would be handed over to Bethesda. Which this is what happened this is why Fallout Expansions, Fallout Vegas even exist the company did not meet the requirements and Bethesda has full ownership. Them hiring MMO experienced developers is probably them preparing to make the Fallout MMO in the coming years. I highly doubt TES 5 is going to be an MMO but if the fallout MMO is successful they may make a TES based MMO in the future who knows

majikmonkee
Wow. This directly contradicts what I read just a few weeks ago in an article stating that Bethesda had no plans to continue the Elder Scrolls series. Granted, it might have been an older article, but I really got the impression that there was no hope for a sequel. Of course, my PC barely runs Oblivion at a visually pleasing quality, so this would probably force me to update my hardware. My bigger issue is I've invested so much into add-ons and downloaded mods, I hate to abandon Oblivion, but who can possibly play two different games the size of Elder Scrolls games at the same time? Amer14
Why the hell would Bethesda give TES V to a company that developes iPhone games? IF Armor Games does make it then I doubt it'll be good. Even though Crush the Castle is fun.EDIT: I probably should have read the edit at the bottom of the article lol Edited November 27, 2010 by Amer14
