Nerivant
What is the deal with those? You can't find the person anywhere. Was it a mistake on the crazy guy's part? Or am I right when I say it was a ploy to keep you away from the Black Hand while he killed them off? If so, he was smarter than I thought, I could have killed him and deposited his corpse in a river long before he could have killed the other members. However, even though Lucien stepped in to stop you and get you to root out the terrorist, only one of the Black Hand, aside from you is alive... stupid cutscene... almost as bad as when I spoke to Martin at the end and my vision got blocked out by a pillar and I had to reload to watch the fight... Rambling aside, Bethesda should add onto the DB quests, in my eyes, those were the most fun out of the other factions, and went by rather quickly. Finishing them took half the time of the other guilds. I'm not even sure if this belongs here...

If you go to the spot where you ambush/kill them and wait/sleep for a couple hours they'll attack you or be there when you wake up. if youre confused read in your journal. If you get the official game guide at www.primagames.com you're garunteed to complete the DB quests. the guide tells you when and where to go. Which dead drop are you having trouble on? i could tell you more if I knew. Good Luck
Nerivant
You misunderstand, I'm done with DB, I'm the listener, I'm talking about after you confront the guy placing the fake dead drops. If you look in the barrel, you find another, but the person doesn't seem to be in the game...
Rhydderch Hael
Yes, but it turns the dead drops are leading you to off some other members of the DB who were oblivious to the whole dastardly scheme, correct? Well, by this time youy're wise to the deception and the rest of the legitimate corps of assassins are wise to it as well. Which means final guy knows you know, but since you're unwilling to kill him and he's unwilling to become a mark, he breaks routine and/or goes to ground, throwing off your ability to track and murder him. cryocry
She is in the game, the one on the Dead Drop Orders #8. She is the one who talks to you, the guy wants you to kill off every member of the Black Hand. Arquen is a speaker. And, yes, this does belong in spoilers. I guess whoever watches this will move it to spoilers.
Nerivant
Arquen? That's who it says to kill? Holy crap, I wasn't even close... maybe playing on low graphical setting isn't such a good idea, everything is just a big smudge...Well, I was right about one thing, the fact that this doesn't belong here... I think that's a record for me...
