Train on minor skills? And when you see the level up thing, you should rest. And, you could always cast damage [skill] spells, or drink a potion that does. And who says crime is all bad? You'll get your skills decreased by 1-3 (I think) sometimes when you go to jail. So, just commite a crime, and that might happen. Just make sure that you go to jail. All my levels are 100 except for luck (56 or something) I kinda gave up on boosting luck because right now 1 pt. every level is just not funny.
