eLucifer
Good idea. I'm currently not having problems with the door, it seems it randomly fixed itself. But if I have problems again, I'll try your way.
AlexxEG
tip: load "Abbreviated Effects.esm" after Fallout3.esm and DLCs. Fallout3.esm and DLCs should always be on the very top^^ edit: I'm not sure if this had anything to do with your problem.
eLucifer
Ok I'll load it after them. And I discovered something. Whenever I apply a new mod the house's name changes back. After that I just change something in the .esp, for example add a Metal Box inside the apartment, the name changes into what I put.
eLucifer
I have finally solved the problem. The mod is to be in the last spot of the load order. Even if one, unrelated mod is loaded after it, the door reverts back to its old name.
