Better quality graphics of spells

I was wondering if there is a mod that improves the graphical quality of spells? Oblivion's vanilla spells look so naff.

I'm pretty fond of Enhanced Magic Effects myself http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9424. It's not exactly perfect but I think it makes a large difference if you're going to heavily use magic.
