Hello, This website HERE was pretty useful for me when I first started modding. Although this website focuses on the oblivion construction set, the morrowind construction set isn't that different. Here is another useful page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls_Construction_Set Once you get the jist of the CS, modding can become really easy, and fun. Good luck.
