I did download d3dx9_30.dll and drop it into the Morrowind install directory, so I'm assuming it's some other DX9 DLL that I'm missing since I'm on Vista. Any thoughts? I'd love to get this going!!!

Thanks,

Scott

My .DLLs show up in \Morrowind\MGE

Best "mod" I've ever seen for a game, even though it's WAY more than a mod.

One smallish problem with 3.3.2 appears to be that water is too "high" in some areas, e.g. Seyda Neen the ship at the dock looks fine from a distance but sinks under water as you move into Seyda Neen proper and approach the dock, some water related funkiness in Ankgthband (dwemer ruin near Balmora across bridge) in the lower levels, and a few other places that I can't think of offhand.

Ships in Ebonheart and other places do NOT exhibit the sinking below the water surface effect, although the dragon statue appears to have some rendering problems as more of it is visible from a distance than closer up.

When i try to use the "distant land file generator" and when i get up to stage 3 'meshes' it just wont crate them it keeps coming up with an error message.

I cant get past stage 3 the mesh generation..

Hmm, sorry about this, but I think that this has broken my game, when I try to play Morrowind a lot of textures are missing to be replaced by sheets of white, I uninstalled the Mge.... I think, but the textures are still broken/missing.

I hope somebody can help and I hope this hasn't already been asked somewhere and I just missed it

If you've uninstalled mge, then it cant be causing your problems. It is worth checking that it's been completely uninstalled though; check your morrowind folder, and if the files 'd3d8.dll', 'dinput8.dll', 'dsound.dll' or 'MGEgui.exe' exist then delete them.

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled morrowind and I'm still getting missing/white textures. I am now thouroughly confused. :P

Sorry again for blaming mge, but my game was fine untill I downloaded this so, y'know I assumed
