Requesting a mod please

So there were 2 TES mods I really wanted and im unsure how tough these are to put together, if they arent too hard can someone please try.

 

one of them i already found but i cant use it on my character since im using a nec mystic high elf remake. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=33952 These are the hgec tribal tattooos but only for moonshadow and cute elves, can anyone make it so it works for a nec mystic high elf remake? I only wanted to use preset 3 and my character is using hgec high res skin textures- http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20022

 

Also one mod was something I couldnt find anywhere which is a set of teeth for vampires, not something that everyone would have but maybe something equipable. Is there anything like that out there?

You can apply tattoo resource on body texture. Of course, you need photoshop(or anything that can read psd format...).

I saw that exact mod and wanted to do it but I have no skills with photoshop and have read that it took people up to 7 hours o_O.

 

 

 

If anyone could give me a walkthrough of how to convert my requested mod to my race I would be very willing to try on my own.
