CDT on entering or exiting building

I am getting random crashes when I either enter a shop or exiting it. I have tried some other structures like Dragons Reach and shop in Riverwood and no crashes for the most part. I do have a mod that is called Skyrim radioactive, that modifies a lot of shops in the game making them look better. But I have that mod to the top of the load order. That is the only mod I think that is mods the shops, unless Expanded cities and settlements affects major town shops too. Not sure how to put spoiler box to hide the list so I will just copy paste MO list as is.

I have had larger load orders and didn't quite have the issue with keep crashing and I reduced my mods to help with other random crashing and that seems to be working. Any advise and help would be welcomed

 

I did undo the mod and assicated patches and got into the Couldron but still cdt on belethor.
