Fallout is Going at 15 FPS Outdoors, and 20 Indoors.

This applies to both New Vegas, and 3. It wasn't always like it for New Vegas, however this is my first 3 play through, and I have to say the game is great, but the lag......I know it is not my PC, because it runs Skyrim fine most of the time. Here are my mods.

I'm not sure about my specs, because somebody else built my PC. However I do know it can run vanilla Skyrim, and New Vegas at 60 fps.
