Skyrim Black and White environnement texture bug + invisible body textures

Hello, I'm Shquall, new on this forum. For 1 year i've been modding my Skyrim, and god knows that I got stuck by many bugs and CTDs. Everytime, i corrected them by myself by searching the solution on Google. But today, I've a bug that i never seen before and it seams like nobody ever reported this bug before: My Skyrim is in black and white:

1 ) Winterhold screen

As you can see Black and White textures aren't the only problem, there are some textures that seams to be misplaced or transparent, i don't know.

Also, everybody are in Black ( and a bit of white ). But in some angle of views, Skyrim come to be normal again: coloured and well-placed textures. But when Skyrim come to normal, bodys are transparent ( they was before the White and Black and misplaced textures came, but the transparency was almost unseamable ). Also, I downloaded the mod Aether Suit and when I go in the Aether Suit my Skyrim come to normal and bodys AREN'T transparent.

The bug came after i installed some mods and skse.ini lines for stop my crashes: my crashes stopped, but i almost prefer got 1000 CTD/hour than have these bugged textures. So, I need your help to fix my textures. Here are the mods i installed just before the bug and my skse.ini:

Yes, but are you using another ENB? If so, what happens if you disable it? If the world returns to normal when you disable it, you should check if anti-aliasing & anisotropic filtering are still active.

I'm using BoneAshe ENB since 2013 and i never upgraded it. I'll try to disable it.

EDIT: My problem persist even if I disable my ENB. Also, i took some screens displaying my Skyrim retourning normal in positions of sight:

Also, I think my modlist could help feeding the problem ( exemple: imcompabilities with mods and skse line I installed ) because I have... 255 mods ( I odn't know how to make a spoiler, so if u told me how i could edit my modlist )

That's... insane. Not only that, but 255 plugins also happens to be the absolute top limit of plugins the engine can load. No wonder your game is unstable. Try removing some of your mods or merge some plugins.

Anyway, I'm willing to bet Project Optimization is what's causing your problems.

My Skyrim is stable, and I worked for months for it can be :) And i don't know how to merge, even after trying thousands of tutorials... R.I.P. my brain I'm a noob lol. I'll try to desinstall Project Optimization and test :)
