Looking for the thief guild at Chorrol

I want to sell my stolen stuffs so I'm currently looking for the thief guild at Chorrol, how do I find it? Or do I have to go back to Imperial city? Can I safely sell the non-armor clothes I stole here and there or do they have any use other than being sold for gold?

There is no thieves guild in Chorrol (No 'offical' guild hall anywhere, in fact, save Dareloth's), nor a fence. You'll have to travel to a city that has a fence in it appropriate for your ranking in the guild.

and about what goods are safe to sell? (I want to be sure I won't need them later)

Depends on your own views. If it's a really important game item, it won't be sellable. If you want to keep it as decoration in your house or something, just hold on to it then. Most clutter is useless except for decoration.

thanks and what about clothing, does it have any use? like disguise or something....

Nope. Just aesthetics. Might be some mods that count the value of your apparel, but it's a minor change.
