Losse
Is it ok to download and install multiple face preset mods? Or is it best to just pick one to avoid conflicts?
RustyBlade
That depends on if they are replacements or add-ons. If they are replacements for the originals only use one set. If they are add-ons you can use as many as you want but you have to edit the chargenmorphcfg.xml file in your My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder so they show up. LancelotLoire
Here is a quick look at my chargenmorph.xml <resource name="HM_CPS_P01.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P02.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P03.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P04.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P05.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P06.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P07.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_P08.mop"/> <resource name="HM_PCC_B01.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK1.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK2.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK3.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK4.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK5.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK6.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK7.mop"/> <resource name="HM_CPS_RK8.mop"/> <resource name="hm_bidellejack.mop"/> The main way to add new face morphs is to make sure the .mop's name doesn't match one already on the list. Then you need to manually add it to the chargenmorph. I'm not sure if there is a limit or not but if you were to find it that would be through trial and error. I think the originals are the HM_CPS_P01 through HM_CPS_P08.And to override one of those you just need to match the name.
Thandal
Highly recommend TerraEx's utility for merging all chargenmorphcfg(s) into one. See: "CharGenMorph Compiler" on Nexus.
Selvec
Make sure the pack does ADD the morphs and not simply replace existing morphs. Overrides that replace the Bioware morphs with their morphs can have conflictions regardless of using the chargenmorph compiler.
Losse
Thanks all. Yeah i have painfully discovered that replacing presets is a pain in the ace for a novice. I'll skip those.
