I followed this tutorial http://social.bioware.com/wiki/datoolset/index.php/Adding_custom_heraldry_to_a_shield_tutorial but it isn't cooperating with me. I have my pic set at 512 x 512 as it says and I paste into just as it says, but all the other stuff is still there. it says to over-write it but it doesn't over write anything. it just adds my design to what's already there. I tried clearing the rbg channels and just leaving the alpha channel but that doesn't work either. I can see my design that way bit everything else is black. is there a tutorial that could explain all this to me? a link or advice would much appreciated.
